Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses or internationally at this time.

Processing time

Orders ship from U.S. warehouses and usually leave within 1–4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive 3–7 business days after they ship. Large items such as blinds, feeders and safes may ship by freight and can take longer. We'll contact you to schedule delivery if needed.

Tracking

You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Orders may arrive in more than one package if items ship from different warehouses.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Restricted items

Some locations restrict crossbow shipping. If your address is restricted, we'll contact you before the order ships and give you a full refund if we can't deliver it. Crossbows and some other items can't ship to P.O. boxes.

Damaged in transit

If your package arrives damaged, take photos of the box and item and contact us within 7 days of delivery. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.
